The song is "Touched" by VAST from their eponymous debut album. The song also appeared in the film Equilibrium and the episode "Lonely Hearts" of Angel. Lots of music from Vast was used on Angel actually.
They're my favorite band on the planet. Drove 9 hours to see them play in Atlanta last month. You can download their music real cheap off their website, www.realvast.com.
I'm telling you now, buy everything they've ever put out because you're going to want it once you start listening to them. They're the #1 band on the planet I'm surprised hasn't made it big.
