Try...
-Turning your right-hand wrist further so that you grip the first transfer farther away from the initial packets
-Grabbing the first transfer a wee bit further up

As for the second one, that happens with me too, but I've never had a problem with it. Just grip the packet tightly between your pinky and middle fingers, and pull it out.

that's the problem,that "hit" doesn't allows me to turn my wrist up more than that.So I take the packet how it is but it "grinds" with the other one,and that's what ruins the motion...But yeah,the second one's not really a problem. :p

I found a solution!I just don't use my left pinky and grab the cards a bit further near the upper corners in the beginning.It goes fluid after that.Thanks to all that replied ^^

I had the same problem when I was doing the Sybil at first. The packets would hit eachother. So what I did is I altered fingers. I now use my third fingers (Ring fingers) to move the packets around, as opposed to my middle.
