Not that I'm aware of. It will cost around $120 to get 48 decks. If you only use one color Tally-Ho, you can get 48 decks at Theory 11 and have 52 forcing decks.
If you like different colors, check out Kardwell's Tally Ho Pinochle Decks (each deck has 2 of the 9,10,J,Q,K,A for each suite):https://www.kardwell.com/page/KII/CTGY/TALLY-HO-CIRCLEBACK-PIN-RI. If you get 4 boxes at $30 each, you will have 24 red forcing decks and 24 blue forcing decks.
You can cut your price in half if you do a 50/50 force deck.
You could probably sell the extras for $10 each, getting a 300% return on your investment (assuming you sell all of them).

I've been looking for them for a while. I think I'm just gonna have to buy a ton of decks and keep them as dupes.
So these guys don't do just Tally Ho but they do make gaffs of harder to find decks. You might check them out.
