Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum so bear with me

I've done some searching on Tally-ho's on this forum and some users seem to say that these decks are not as good as they use to be?(very old opinion)

so I'm wondering if anyone bought tally-hos recently and can give me a brief review on the deck, how are they, how long will i be able to use them? are they still better than bikes? etc

If i decide to buy tally-hos at this moment, what will i be getting? a extremely good deck or something bad?
i need more opinions before i decide to buy or not, so please help =D

OK well there are crap ones and GOOD ones Vipers=AWSOME! Regular=Ok
Ok what i mean is the finish is different and they wear more so regular are like new bikes for fanning but yes its true they arnt made the same as the good old days(a year or 2 ago) But they last and are relitively cheap!! So id say get one and see how it is

VIpers are made the good old way But regular tallys r sadly not but if you buy from a magic shop they are better than retail!!! Pm me for and questions!!

I agree with towtox. The main thing is how the finish helps you fan, it lasts a bit longer, and looks a lot better than bikes. Where as, Tally Ho's feel a slight bit thinker, making them harder to break in for springs and any flourishes that require bending. I my opinion, it is a gain something lose something. Just some food for thought...

Overall, this is the place to buy Tally Ho's from though, because at two bucks a pack, you will beat any where else that I have looked. It is worth the purchase =D

The tally-hos still have the linoid finish right?
So overall they are still better than bikes? (they still last longer right?)
If you guys were to choose between a deck of tally(normal) or bikes, which one would you guys choose?
If i buy i'd probably buy more than 6 decks at a time, because shipping is pretty expensive and don't balance out when buying just 1 deck. So i need to make sure before i make a purchase, more reviews please =D

Shocker,

You are new so I think everyone here will exempt you from not using the search bar for this kind of thing. I personally felt that the tallyhos are better than bikes and are much softer. The ellusionist decks are much thicker and harder to break in. You have to have an adequate amount of finger strength to get them springing etc where as tallyhos and bikes take almost no strength. Tallyhos will last you a bit longer than bikes but not much. Ellusionist decks seem to have lasted me the longest, then again, some people don't like the thick stock and the amount of strength they take to perform springs and other sleights.

I tried the search bar, but most of the threads were pretty old so they dealt with the older tallies
So if your opinnion Tally> bikes, do you have the really good old tally-s or the newer ones? because apparently the old ones were good but the new ones arn't as good
and if you have the new ones, then i might stock up since they are better than bikes

I have the new ones. To be honest, the only difference will be that tallyhos will probably have less misprints and have a cooler design. If you can get bikes for significantly cheaper you can go get them, if not, go get some tallyhos!
