I may be getting a job that requires me to do card magic outside, and as we all know Bicycle cards don't perform well in hot or humid weather. My question is, compared to Bikes how do Tally's perform in hot and humid weather?

Hot humid weather...your best bet is a smooth finish deck. Even these decks will soften up and feel "sloppier" in hot humid weather but you won't notice it as much as with a card with a dimpled surface. Only problem with smooth finish decks is that they tend to be more expensive(not as much market demand) for a decent quality one. Look for Aladdin smooth finish if you want a similar stiffness to a Bike. If you want stiffer look into Carta Mundi (From a European plant), Piatnik Clubs, or Fournier 505s. Also...smooth finish wont fan as well as a dimpled finish...on average at least.
