i bought the refill batteries from ellusionist for my turantula and the dont fit where there supposesd to go what do i do?

I don't think there are refill batteries for the tarantula. I assume you mean the spider pen batteries? Unfortunately those are different, and as you have discovered, don't fit. That info is on the DVD.
Your best bet is to watch the dvd again, then take the battery into your nearest Walmart and pick up new batteries. Good luck!
