Tarantula Spool

Hey guys! I recently bought my Tarantula and Spider Thread refill.
My first and my second spool got entangled while I was retracting the String. Am I doing anything wrong? I don't want to waste my last refill. And if there is a way, how can I get the entangled string to be untangled?
