I hate to be “that guy”, but does anyone else feel like Theory 11 has taken a dive? From my vantage point the communication, customer support, and drive seems to not be the same. Did the light and the love fade? It seems like a significantly higher amount of corporate/big business partnerships (Star Wars, Deadpool, Elf, Wicked, Stranger Things, Avengers, etc). It’s less personal, less original and more of a money machine. You guys are starting to feel very distant. Also I know we’re hearing promises of thing such as the Elite Member Cards and something better than the “Holiday Contest Wheel” but the communication is completely gone until someone mentions it. If I’m the only one who is seeing this then I guess it could all be in my head. Although my gut says something changed internally at Theory XI.

Hey Jr, I can confirm that nothing has changed internally or in our spirit, passion, and work. Much the contrary! I addressed some of these notes in my post a few moments ago here!
Re: Elite Member Cards - this was admittedly a long delay, but all pending cards have been sent out and are on the way (in shiny, brushed metal) as we speak, with a custom designed sleeve holder as an added bonus.
