I have that edition, I like it a lot. It's cheap and fairly durable. It is small enough to actually sit in your pocket and it has a small note section. I like my copy but I haven't used any others.

The Houdini Magic edition reprints the Fleming edition with the Prof. Hoffman material added at the back. You might want it for that material, but the Powner is the true descendant of the first edition and would be the way to go if you are only getting one (rather than collecting variants). The Bible edition is charismatic, but loses the typography of the first edition, which is retained in the Powner (and the Houdini, which was originally published by Powner for Fleming back in the 1940s).
