Hello in Lethal a lot of the Flourishes use the thumb roll pass. But the thing is I donr know how to do it. Can someone tell me where I can learn it.

Thanks also I was reading the Lethal Companion PDF and in a flourish(wont name for exposer) it has Dual Kick Start. Where can I learn this?
