I must admit - I don't have the foggiest idea how long this took to download, but it is taught very well and is very easy to understand the theory of it.
The move itself is relativly hard. My friend and I both got it at the same time and we agreed not to perform it for aleast a week and we were both practising like the whole time. It's a really good trick though. It's like the snap change just because of the instantaneous-ness, except that like the click change it ends clean (well nearly). It also gets some fantastic reactions if you do it well. Patter is less iimporant in this trick than it is in others, simply because it is perfectly obvious what is happening and it's impressive enough as it is.
The only thing I'd say to remember is that you really need to practise it up before performing it.
It's definitly worth the money and it's a fantastic trick to add to your repertoire. I don't quite know how to say this witohut getting this removed, but I'd advise you to ignore the last double lift if you buy it. I hope you know what I mean.

8.5/10 over all I think

Actually, I've found that talking is a SLIGHT issue. Because sometimes, I perform for people who forget what card goes into the center

It can be surprisingly easy to forget which card goes in the centre, i've actually forgotten myself before.

To be honest I don't really like Tivo 2 at all, I find it to be far more trouble than it's worth. The change is quite difficult and has bad angles. I think Tivo 1 is far better.
