Toronto has a wicked magic scene. If you want to meet magi or flourishers you should just hang out at the shops (Browsers or Morrissey). Simple as that.

I'm pretty sure that Sankey hangs out in Toronto. I know that he had a restaurant gig there for like 5 years or something, so I'm assuming he lives/lived there.
