Im really intrested in missing link but i would save allot of money if i could learn it from the book.

the teaching i feel is great... the illustrations are very clear

you of course will have to read each explination 2 or 3 times to really get what you are supposed to do, but i thing it is a great buy

Missing link is pretty complicated... and i have trouble doing one part, i didn't find that the 1 on 1 helped with this much at all

Same here. I had trouble with one part of Missing Link, so I said what the heck, I'll buy the 1on1. Sadly, Chris pretty much rushes the explanation of the "Basic Move"so I'm stuck as of right now.

Totally Out of Control is a good yet complicated book. If you want good magic but really want to work for it then you might want to get it. The material is not the kind of stuff that you will learn in a few hours and be ready to perform. You have to be willing to take time, more than other tricks. I am still looking through the book, but it is a fun book also to read with puzzles and such inside.

A clear explanation of Missing Link is in Lifesavers by Michael Weber. Weber apparently published it without Kenner's permission, but it is a very clear explanation and there is also tons of fantastic improvised magic within.
