Hey guys I saw that there wasn't really any threads for Touch; I thought I would give you a very short review. There are a lot of great effects on the dvd and all are highly visual just like in the trailer. As far as the main effect goes it is very practical. You do the setup right in front of the spectator so you don't have to do that off to the side. I just watched the tutorial and learned it in five minutes; it's super easy to do. I already have the setup down to one or two seconds; I'm not saying I'm great at this stuff but am just telling you how easy it really is. The only negative I can think of is that you really do need to have rubber bands on your wrist to cover the plain in sight dirt. If you don't mind that then there aren't any negatives. I haven't looked at the other tutorials yet, but like I said they are all highly visual and striking. The tutorial is silent but easily understandable and viewed from a variety of angles. These really are impromptu and can be done with someone else's rubber bands if they had some. I hadn't done any rubber band magic and am glad to start here.

Practicality 9/10 ( one mark off for having to wear rubber bands on your wrist)
Visual 10/10
Impromptu 10/10
Difficulty 1/10 (and I haven't done any rubber band magic before)

does it really matter if you have other bands on your wrists? you see a lot magicians always use rubber bands on their wrists so i don't think you should take off a mark for practicality.

I see what you are saying. However, I still think a mark should be taken off because maybe there are some magicians who don't want to wear rubber bands on their wrist for whatever reason. I don't personally mind but I think a lot of times things like this aren't shown in the trailer. Granted this is probably not a problem for most magicians but it might be for some. So, I made sure to explain that fact so that everyone knows you can't just do it. What if you didn't have the rubber bands on you yet you are out and about and are requested to perform? If you see someone else with a rubber band you won't be able to perform this unless you figure out a way around this problem. It's only my opinion though and like I said it's not a problem for me to wear bands on my wrist.

Touch- a rubberband jumps from your hand to the spectators
Escape- same concept as touch its just presented as the band going through your hand
Ghost finger- a rubber band goes through your finger both ways and then goes through the spectators finger ( i love this one.)
Ghost slink- uses ghost finger concept and does a super visual ruber band through rubber band penetration then back again.
Ghost palm- in an instant the a rubberband is shown on the spectators hand and teleports to your hand.
Crazy magicians handcuffs- who hasnt seen this?
Crazy hanson's handcuffs - crazy magicians handcuffs except the penetrations use the ghost finger concept and is extremely visual.
Infinity linkage- you take two rubberbands with one around your pinky and another around your index which extrmely visualy penetrate ( very practical and visual)
Missing linkage- basically infinity linkage with a ring.
Flash band- a rubber band is shown on your index you then take it off and instantly throw it back on.

Then there are two routines which teach 6-7 effects that arent his but work well with his tricks
Ultimate jump- This is where he got inspiration for touch for sure but a rubber band wrapped around your three fingers jumps to your other 2 fingers. Spectators can hold the ends of your fingers and it still works.
Spaghetti band- You snort a rubberband up your nose. ( suprisingly simple yet people crap themselves)
i cant remember the others but i dont wanna pop the dvd in but i recommend this dvd it definatlely gives you some bang for your buck and the effects are all solid buy it!

Where can I find this dvd? I've been looking for some rubber band stuff for a while and this seems to be the place to start. A quick search over at Penguin didn't give me anything useful.

I believe this is an ellusionist.com exclusive DVD. Thanks for posting a review on TOUCH, I have been debating over getting this effect for a few days now, and I have decided to get it, thanks :)
