Tricks for my friends

Hello T11 comunity,

Can any of you recommend me some tricks?? I am looking for any kind of magic that can be done in the hands and almost if not fully surrounded... I want to do tricks for my friends at school, but they all have seen the ACR and the rubber band tricks i know. Any suggestions??

Buy a book called The Royal Road to Card Magic. Not only will you learn some new tricks but you'll develop an obsession with card magic that means you'll never feel fully dressed without a deck in your pocket. (Without a what in your pocket?...That's what she said!...etc.)

Without knowing your current skill level and your style, it's very hard for us to advise you in the direction. I'm going to give you effects that works for me in the real world but these might not fit your style, try to find some effects that you think will benefit you most in the long run.

There's nothing wrong with Art of Astonishment 3, I don't have this volume and therefore, I don't want to recommend books or magic effects that I don't have. I'm thinking of getting the final volume for my birthday this year.

Rumor has it that Calen Morelli is planning to do an online lecture at some time soon, so save money for however much that will cost. (Price is no option, I will be watching for sure.)

Try Troy Hooser's books, they are mainly meant for stand up walk around magic, and are sure to have something for you.
