Yeah, hello guys. It's me again :3
I was just wondering.. Are Aladdin Playing Cards suitable for Card Magic?
'Cause Bikes are kinda hard to find in my vicinity (either that, or I don't know where to look x.x)

I'm living in Singapore fyi. If anyone living in the same country comes across this thread, please advise where to buy Bikes @.@ Thanks! :)

I really like the smooth finish Aladdin's but I have heard the "air flow"(dimpled finish) are pretty bad.

Check that out.

Here is my specific review on Aladdins. http://forums.theory11.com/showthread.php?27038-Aladdin-1001-Deck-Review

Also do a google search for Aladdin review. There are some guys out there who are real Aladdin nuts. They can give you the low down on each run of Aladdins and compare and contrast them all.

I perform with Aladdin smooth finish. Thats it. I love them. Period.< I guess I didn't need a period after saying period, I'm unsure.

To clarify what everyone else has said:

There are two types of Aladdins: Smooth and Air Flow finish.

Smooth are great for magic. A lot of people prefer these cards. They feel like plastic coated cards but fan and handle perfectly. They are a little different though and take a little while to get used to the feel.

Air Flow are basically the same finish as Bikes. These are often thought of as inferior by people.

If you're going to get Aladdin's - get the smooth finish ones if you can.

hmmm good places to buy bikes(and other magic stuff) in singapore...
1) Magic hall - Plaza Sin
2) Magic Castle - The cathay(beside plaza sin)

Both places sell cards/coins/DVDs and more or less everything related to magic... personally i prefer magic castle(cheaper but lesser products)
