What are your feelings on Ultra smoke 2000? Is it bulky in a suit jacket? Or would you say its easily no restrictions on movements and would be a good addition to any closeup show? for like strolling magic?

North Hollywood
i have the ultra smoke 2000, I use it sometimes, not as much as i thought i would, then again i live in sunny north hollywood, so a jacket would kill me, litteraly.
For the time I was using it, I have to say its great. its not bulky, I can not say I have tried it on a cloth jacket though, i used leather one and a dickies jacket. if its restaurant, think about this, will the specators be bothered by the smell of the smoke. but besides the smell i give it 2 big thumbs up. A LOT of things you can do with it.

in the new CTW aXcess there is supposed to be an extra in it which lets you produce smoke from your hands in short sleeves.

ultra smoke

Would it been ok if i used it and also still used my sleeves for sleeving a lot? I have my own routines on sleeving cards a lot for mentalism effects and use them a lot to sleeve a lot of gaffs as well, such for holy moly but i sleeve the gimmick as well for digital disolve, would having ultra smoke set up limit me on these tricks that i need to sleeve things???? and can i do it out of both sleeves or is it only one sleeve that the smoke comes out? thanks for your info

I have heard a story of how a very expensive dress up shirt was completely ruined by the UltraSmoke 2000. Also, the chemicals in it can be harmful both to you and your spectators... think about that.

I don't like it plus when you use the gimmick and run out you have to buy more and they are EXPENSIVE. I don't use this and probably never will.

I don't like the set up too much.
I thought it would be like the M5, but it's a little different.
Smoke only comes out of one sleeve, so you can sleeve with your other arm.

I never performed with it yet because I never had a night where I would wear a jacket the whole time. It's not like you can take the gimmick off when you want to take your jacket off.
Plus I hate the fact that you have to wear it doing other tricks your not going to use it for. It's uncomfortable. I like feeling loose.
