Underground Hypnosis

Its damn full of ****, its been around for a long time, he also got this black ninja and telepathic powers going. If you search a bit you can find a forum on scams that has a good thread on this, at the end it was concluded that its a scam.

I recenly found a magic site with material for" magician "X", the guy responsible for all TV specials, the brains behind Blaine and Angle ". lol

Rule of thumb: If you find a large ad. pages like these, just skip the product.

Some marketers are so full of themselves that its just plain stupid.

I practice clinical hypnotherapy. I took a look at the web site and would surmise, based on my experience, that the web site you posted is glamorized.

A lot of sites like this out there lump a lot of different techniques together and call it hypnosis (like suggestion, influence, NLP, and even psychology). They can also stretch the truth a bit - some more than others.

Getting in someones head and having influence over them is not difficult. We are all subjected to it countless times throughout our day - its called marketing and advertisement. This is not, however, necessarily hypnosis.

Hypnosis can best be defined as specific physiological and psychological changes that occur in a person due to their response to stimulus. Learning how to induce this state is the practice of hypnosis. The practice of hypnosis (like a magic trick) is not the art of hypnosis, however. The true art of hypnosis begins once you have that person in that state (kind of like the trick not necessarily being the the most important part of your presentation).

In most parts of the world, hypnosis is not regulated. Because of this, what you will find as training can (and will) vary greatly. Stay away from the 'underground / covert" hypnosis programs, and, don't buy into the quick and easy hypnosis stuff. Hypnosis, like magic, takes a lot of understanding and knowledge to do well.

If you really want to get into hypnosis, I would suggest studying psychology, NLP, and hypnosis (check out Derren Brown on youtube, who combines a bit of it all together). I would stick with traditional hypnosis at first (scripts), just so that you get the basics down solid.

A great book on hypnosis is "Trancework" by Yapko. Possibly the best book on hypnosis that I've encountered. If you were to get one book on the subject, this would be my pick. Learn it cover to cover and you will understand hypnosis inside and out.

After you understand the basics well, move on to speed inductions. If you are wanting to do hypnosis for fun or as part of an act, I would suggest coupling stage hypnosis study with speed inductions.

NLP is a great addition, and, many hypnotists utilize NLP techniques in what they do. Getting training in NLP, however, can be a costly venture - but well worth the investment if you are serious about it.

If you want to chat, feel free to email me. would be happy to lend some advice.
