V-shape Ring

Hi guys.

Does anyone know what this ring is? I saw Dai Vernon, Danny Garcia, Ben Salinas, Darwin Ortiz etc wearing it. It has a V-shape pointing to the wrist, so if you are looking at your hand you will see a regular V.

Is it kind of a magical gear or what? Too many magicians wearing it to think it's pure coincidence.
