Ok seriously, how do you guys compress your videos? I use vegas (if anyone has it) and I can't compress without losing quality, the longest video I can put up is like thirty seconds, any suggestions on how to compress, I don't want to keep using youtube and putting videos from there on here.

P.s. I want to put like a 10 min long video on here, thats my goal.

Place the final version of the video into a Windows Movie Maker time line, then click "Publish Movie", then select "best quality for playback on computer" that should work.

Also, make sure you're exporting your video in anything but AVI, AVI takes up a LOT of space.
