Referrals give you credit for any new users you invite to the forum -- which is reflected by your referral count.

Yeah. It's when you tell someone to join T11 and you say that your username there is warped_aces. When they see the little referral box in the signup page they remember that and put your username there. You won't get any free stuff though... if that's what you're wondering...
