What do you think of the new E?

What do you guys think of the new design over at E?
I just checked it out and I guess it is a little more urban street or whatever brad said. I think it's allright but I think it woulda been kind of cool to release it with factory sealed and bullet.

It was ok. It wasn't amazing, or "omg"ish. But I like it. It seems alot easier to navigate. Other than the fact it took me 20 minutes (exagerating) to find the forums. The Forum button is teeny tiny.

I like it. I also find it a lot easier to nagivate. I liked the change so much that I even bothered to sign up on the forums as "Krash" like here. I entered my account information, and I'm ready and waiting for their big Christmas promotion. I can't wait to see what both Ellusionist and Theory11 have in store for us around the holidays.

I like it a lot. The new store is much easier to navigate, and it's got a cool look to it, too.

The forum link on the E main page needs to be bigger, though. The forums also need to be reskinned, and it's annoying how when you click the 'FORUMS' link from the E main page, they open up in a new tab/window. The GIGANTIC usernames in the forums also need to be changed.

But overall, I like it. Very cool.

I really hate there new look but its just my opinion, and I really think it's stupid how in the "Playing Cards" section that most of the screen is taken up by a picture showing a guy getting a girl because she loves card tricks. I mean lets be serious, they are acting like if you buy there cards your gonna get laid. I am really not sure what to think of E anymore.All I can say is thank god we have Theory 11 to resort to now.

Oh I think the best part of the whole new setup is the guy performing in the bathroom, on the front page. I looked through the accesorys and I am definitly picking up an E dog tag.

what? anyways yeah, i do not like the new look. It is very busy and disorganized. As I have mentioned in other threads, I will wait and see what little modifications they do to it on the coming days.

I like it, it's nice a clean, it's appealing and is rather easy to navigate on. I like the Playing Card section WAAAAY better, it's super-easy to get to all the riser decks etc. Overall, it's really good.

I am not a fan so far, when I registered for the newsletter and signed up for a shopping account, Nothing! I even re-registered for it all, and still it says there is an error and there is nothing under this account (paraphrased). It hasn't gave me a good first impression, but it might be just because it is new.

The site wasn't even tested properly before it was released. The content doesn't align properly, everything is jumping for attention, other than the actual product pages nothing has improved. The forum link is god knows where, and SEARCH HERE apparently needs to take up half the screen. I dislike how E sells thier products, and this new design has only made things worse. Why is the forum blue, when the layout scheme is grey's and red? I could go for days about bad web design, but I'm bored.

The website is fine, but I can't find the forum button anywhere heh. The new E doesn't seem like a new E from the website. They didn't really change all that much, as a matter of fact even though it may LOOK slightly different, there is not really a huge improvement compared to the way ellusionist looked right before re-making the website.

It looks pretty much the same as it did before. **shrugs**

Sorry but that isn't true. The products are being added back to the page that they have been selling and there are going to be non-Ellusionist products sold there.

It's nice that they change up the look every once in a while. Keepin it fresh. It has some kinks, but it should all be ironed out in the next 48 hours.

And I like the industrial setting that they brought out. Gives the site it's own feel and personality. It's cool, but it's not "freakin awsome" like people are saying.

Sex sells, dude. It's one of the most basic principles of marketing. What do you think would happen if they started printing porn on toilet paper? (Note: if this already exists, please don't tell me because I don't want to know that you know that)

Anyway. . . not in love with the new look, and am I the only one who thinks the site has about the same navigability (hope that's a word) as the other one? What's so much easier about it? As far as I can tell it's almost the same site, with aesthetic changes only. I mean, I guess the "search by teacher" section is cool, but that's the only real difference. . . and they got rid of the full product index, which was probably one of the most useful navigation tools on the site. Also, it looks like their selection has gone down a little. This may have happened before the switch. . . I haven't been on E much lately. Still, there were things I was planning on getting that are no longer sold there, and that bothers me a little.

Edit: Nevermind. . . it seems they're putting products in gradually, so the others will be back in soon. Good to hear.
