What's The Trick Called?

Hi, I feel like a noob asking this question, but I came across this video about a year ago, and cannot figure this one out and he made an outstanding job. I am asking where I can learn it from? It's similar to the trick called Do As I Do with one deck. Here's the video.

The effect is called "Pick My Card" and it can be found in Kirk Charles' Hidden in Plain Sight.

You could also do a similar effect with a signed card (spectator finds your signed card while you find theirs). For that, check out Royal Road to Card Magic's "Intuition with Cards."

I can be wrong but i Think its a mark deck, the same deck he used at the beginning to find what his card was.

EDIT: Oops sorry, Kirk Charles' Hidden in Plain Sight which the guy above posted, is a mark deck ... my bad
