Where are the 2nd deals?

hmm, I've been looking around but i can't really find many decent explinations for the 2nd deal, and i'm having trouble working it out for myself. Is there anywhere i can go to read/watch/purchase the instructions on how to do this?

Well, I would recommend Daryls Encyclopedia of Card Sleights, (vol. 7. if I remember correctly) or Card College (vol. 4). Cardsharp by Brian Tudor is also worth watching, although Tudor is a horrible teacher. There are other sources, but those came to my mind.
