It is in the Trilogy by Dan and Dave. Very cool fan. I like doing it, easy to just pick up to do once you get on the method. If you get The Trilogy it is way worth it.
You can also learn it from Dan and Dave's Book Sleightly Magical. You can get it as a PDF, from www.dananddave.com Sleightly Magical also has some other great stuff in it too, the best of which is taught on the Trilogy. So you should go get the trilogy, or SM, it's up to you.
