Working with "elastics"

i have a question...how can i easily knot the elastics to a loop? i think it is very difficult and i hope someone can help me...

Stripped, smaller amounts, less expensive, solution dyed black (non fading), matte finish (non sheen), very best elasticity and 3 times the amount as Mesika's "elastics" for less money.
