To attach a file to a new post, simply click the "[Manage Attachments]" button at the bottom of the post composition page -- the place where you type the post that you would like to submit -- and locate the file that you want to attach from your local hard drive or from a website.

Then, click upload -- make sure it uploads -- and after posting, the image attachments will display a thumbnail.
