I received my 007 Package yesterday. My initial thoughts are that the box is beautiful and very well made. There is gratuitous embossing, foiling, and an ornate design that really imbues James Bond. The Pen, though. WOW, that was 10x better than I thought it would be. It is heavy. It was noted as a "Solid brass, handcrafted 007 pen." They were not kidding. There is a T11 logo on the top of the pen, the Bolt Action mechanism is smooth, it writes well, etc. The pen is perfect. The deck tucks are not just Gold, they are Gold Holographic. I can also confirm that the Gold Decks are not meant for retail as they do not come with barcodes or hang tags. Just clean cellophane (its the little things that make me happy). I cannot comment on the cards yet because I am not sure if I am going to open them. I might fill the box with one gold, one Silver, and one standard, but I am not sure yet. Overall, I would give the set high marks.
Lastly, My Secret Door Mechanism Question. When I received it, I watched the Video and it seemed as if triggering the secret door worked perfectly. But, after doing it once, it appears to no longer lock when it is closed. Is that normal? Now, the doors are super loose and do not lock. I am sure I did not do anything wrong, I was very delicate with it because it is card stock, and nothing was forced. Is there a way to reset the mechanism that I am not aware of?
