hi i'm new here just wondering how to download the 1 on 1 files.

when i went to download the file it said "save as" or "open with" also it said it was in a zip folder.
just wondering how i open it.

Are you using a windows or mac?

Windows should open the .zip file. If not, just google for a program that can decompress .zip files.

Alternatively, you can go to media-convert.com, and decompress it online.

With windows you should be able to right click on the zipped folder and click extract all.
