Just found these while browsing around... and it seems like one of those cases where you're paying obscenely more for the packaging (the box) than the product itself. They do look nice though.

Well the product is basically the box. The cards aren't that big of a deal, but the box is carbon fiber, sleek, well made, etc

Carbon fiber anything can get pretty expensive. Try pricing CF bike parts sometime.

It does seem like you're paying more for the packaging than the product. The set looks nice, though, if you're into luxury details!
