What would you say the best effect is for metal bending, as someone who has never tried something like that before. Ideally something that is visual and not super complicated.

Best Metal bending effect?

There are gimmicked spoon bends out there that require no skill. If you are looking for something skill based I would suggest "Liquid Metal" by Morgan Strebler. This IMO is the best fork bending routine on market. There is also a metal bending course right here on T11 called BEND. I suggest looking into that as well. May be something worth cashing in some points on!

If you prefer to borrow a coin and bend it there are tons of coin benders out there. This will allow you to borrow a coin, have it signed, bend it, then hand it back.

I really like Bison Bend by Brandon Wolf, it's a coin bend that was released through Ellusionist.
But I completely agree with the above suggestions. I remember when Morgan first released liquid Metal, there was this facebook group of magicians he uploaded a video too and he did a guest speaking live stream and it blew me away!

Hello. I want to get a part cut in 2mm stainless steel, and then I want to bend the two parts around to create the two arches in the picture. Once its all bent the piece measure 12mm by about 15mm Any advice you’ve got on how I could make these would be very much appreciated
