As for the financial side of things...you got ripped off. They sell for $2.89 at Target. Once again...no thanks necessary!

$2.89 USD is approx. $3.50 CAD, which is what they sell for at Wal-Mart in Canada (Morgician's estimate was a bit off). No thanks necessary.

And I agree with those saying they smell funny. Maybe whatever it is that's causing the smell is the same thing that's causing the terrible handling.

I also agree - they smell odd - but...I don't make a habit of smelling my cards.

Then you wouldn't be in Ontario or Alberta, heh. (I don't know the other province's sales tax off hand)

But yeah, I forgot about tax. Although, I rarely ever talk about sales tax when talking about prices, because it differs from place to place.

Either way, it's cheaper than buying them online (thanks to the wonderful duties that need to be paid on stuff crossing the boarder, plus taxes on top of that sometimes...grr @ duties...hehe, I said "duties").

I make a habit of smelling alot of things. Especially cards.
I love the smell of brand new cards. I wish there was an air-freshner the smell of new Bikes.
I haven't tried the Tragic Royalty Cards but here is what they look like in blacklight.

Tragic royalty cards don't appeal to me for some reason...maybe it's just because of the cartoon theme on the cards.
