Depends on where you are in the world Aaron. I spun the Silver Artisan Deck and it is about one month to me here in UK, after spin, verified etc.. Aslong as you have had email, and verified yaself dont worry you are being "served". Just give them time. The office only works Mon to Fri, and they have to cover every area of the website...so be patient. 👌🏻.

Well I'm on USA's timezone and it's still running on the 2nd of February. My guess is that it's gonna close tomorrow, since it will be a Monday and the team will be back from weekend.
