I think even if they did, it wouldn't make much of a difference, at least in the short-term.
A lot of the posts I see that are detrimental to the community are from people who are being drama queens. People become addicted to their struggles, and if they lack one they'll make one up. All across the net I'm seeing this huge Penguin vs Ellusionist vs Theory 11 thing going. People participating in that and taking sides are no different from those adolescents who partake in the Metallica/Megadeth feud based only on hearsay and the desire to feel like they're part of some epic struggle.
