To answer your example Anonymus II, if the storekeeper said "Why would you want pepsi?" and then GAVE me directions on where they are I would ahve no problem. My aim is to find pepsi, as long as they tell me where it is, it's fine. I would ust say "Because I like pepsi since it isn't as sweet".
Instead, you start getting all defensive acting like you're the most polite person in the world when in fact you're a hypocrite. WAKE UP! YOU HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE.
Richard among many others here (including me) were curious as to why you want Canadian Bikes when US Bikes are much more available.
Going back to Glen's example, it is similar to your case. You don't like/prefer the canadian bikes better when US bikes are right in front of you (metaphor for those who cannot comprehend it).
