Hey man. What you're looking at is something commonly called Flourishing/Cardistry, or XCM (the terms don't have much difference, although there is a differentiation between their styles). There's a cardistry board on these forums so have a look there.
The best places to start learning are a book called The Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes, or a DVD called XB. That will last you for a year at least. After that, there are many common DVDs and other sources; if you stick around you'll hear about lots such as Dangerous: Motion, Trilogy, System, etc. Google those two products, and you'll find them no worries. It does take a fair amount of practice, they're not easy, but keep at it if you like it
