What the audience sees: You first take a cute little card and vanish it from under someone's snot filled nose.. then you take the new two top cards to find the lonely original card that was on a milk carton with the words "missing" above it. Sparrow Sandwich. Magic.. is what the sparrow sandwich is all about.

First - the attitude of the description is a massive turn off. If I were randomly wandering YouTube and found this, I would switch to the next video immediately. You may be going for cool and sarcastic but you come across as a try hard.

Now the video. It's 57 seconds long, the first 14 are of a dry field. Why? How does this relate?

Your handling of the deck is just strange. Who does that to show one card? That is such a sketchy way of doing that. You are clearly not just showing that card. Overall this trick really doesn't have a logical flow.

Overall I recommend you just work on your own skills before worrying about putting up videos. To put it bluntly, you do not have the skill yet.

Sorry, have to agree with Christopher. The description got my hackles up before the video even started, then the titles over barren farmland weren't interesting enough to be intriguing or relevant enough to be justified. All of that could be forgiven and put down to the tortured ramblings of genius if the trick was brilliant. But it wasn't. If you want to build up to creating an online series, I'd recommend breaking yourself in slowly with a well-shot and well-executed performance of a standard effect. Not flashily-shot and flashily-executed, just well-shot and well-executed. When you've got that down, then you've got a good foundation for adding your own creativity and voice.

OK, cool. It's good to believe in yourself and single-mindedly follow what you think is the right path, even in the face of naysayers, if you're confident you've put in all the necessary groundwork. If you've identified your audience and you're content that you're speaking to them in a way they'll understand and appreciate then that's great. Obviously we aren't part of your target market! Who is, by the way? Who are you aiming these videos at?

If it doesn't speak to you.. it's not for you. And that's the way I prefer it even! I have a WAY better following than I expected already. If you don't agree.. just stay away, I do get money through ads. Don't support me with your views. Every view is created equal on youtube monetizing. I'm not attempting to sell you on the idea. Really, its free products. I don't care if I get 1 loyal viewer or 5 million screaming fans. Accept what you want. If you want to grow your magic.. just do what's been working for you.

So ... what I'm reading is ... This entire project and apparently your way of 'performing' is literally just to let your ego run around like a monkey on speed.

Noted.

But do keep in mind - every time you perform magic, you're representing everyone that performs magic. If you perform poorly, you're making your audience think that magic sucks. It's slightly odd and doesn't actually make sense, because if someone sees a singer and doesn't like them they assume that specific singer isn't to their taste. But when someone sees a magician that sucks, they think, "Magic sucks."

Don't make the work of others harder with poor performances. Practice your material and don't even put it up on YouTube until it's actually a worthwhile addition to the performance world.

-cue NatGeo music- observe if you will the troll in its natural habitat, YouTube and forums where it can graze on the confusion and anger of those that care about whatever it is they are doing. These trolls are scavengers that are a dying race. A word of caution feeding them is like giving a gremlin food after midnight, steer clear of these sneaky creatures and always remember folks don't feed the trolls.
