Defining "Limited"

Second thread of the day for me!
About two hours ago I bought an autographed Remix Booklet. As of now (two hours later) it was sold out! As a collector I wondered what the stock quantities looked like. How many note booklets were there? And how many White and Gold Monarchs v2 were printed? How many Copper rarebits? The list goes on.
The bottom line is that I think to intrigue collectors theory11 should start releasing totals of these limited edition runs. It would make these products even more special.
Do you guys agree?

I was really interested in the Remix Booklet, but sadly I didn't have enough points. I'm also interested in knowing the total quantities of these collectible items. If I had enough points, knowing whether an item is one of 100 - 500 - 1000 would definitely affect my decision on whether to spend my points.

Seeing how fast they sold out I wouldn't be surprised if they only had 10-20 in stock

That seems about right. If people knew it was only that many, it may have sold out even faster. The one problem I see with putting the totals is that because of the lack of information, it gives everyone a chance to trade in their points instead of just those who happen to be sitting on the archive page hitting the refresh button.

I have my eye on that Players deck, but I'm a good 5000 EP away. There can't be too many of those left...

We had VERY few of the ReMix lecture notes. As normal, we do not release the quantities that we had of these items (it is that way with the vast majority of our products), but there were not many of these in The Archive. In short, you can ask how many we had, but we are not likely going to reveal that information.

Wayne Houchin might know the total number of these notes created, he sold them on his tour and on his website. We were able to get our hands on a small quantity because Wayne is amazing.

Of course, ask a magic company and they will give a cryptic answer that makes you wonder even more.
Okay then xD

Well, yes, they want you to wonder - but they also don't want to give a concrete answer because that just creates headache. Trust me, someone WILL try to do the math to prove there's more than claimed and/or that person deserves one for whatever reason. I see it every day it seems.
