Diving Board Double - Second Card Replacement

I've just recently learnt Lee Ashers's Diving Board Double

and i've found that if you hold the card down as far to the edge of the deck as possible after bending the card. the second card performs the flip and the top card remains on top

almost like a second card replacment :D

I'm still working on developing a proper method (since i haven't gotten consistent results for this) but i was wondering if anyone has discovered this as well?

If you have please respond and give me your opinion or just join the discussion :)

Yes I have accidentally done this plenty times but I would like to hear an exact method. I've tried to do it everytime... but couldn't.

I have the same problem too. I tried to do that again, but came out weird way. I accidentally grab two cards, flips in the air and broke apart. I act fast to do this, I caught one card while the other landed on the top of the deck.

And yeah, you can learn a lot of variations out of this.
