There will definitely be a method to upgrade your card if you have an older one - we're working on that process as we speak!

That's great news Casey...especially for older cardboard cards..I guess something will appear on the T11 website when this happens. New cards look great...can't wait for this to occur ...please don't forget us as while my cardboard card was ok...it can't fit in my wallet...Peter in Oz.
Any news on when to expect this to arrive at our doorstep? Received an email on november 19th and immediately verified my address. Haven‘t heard anything since.

Love this! I can confirm that all pending cards have been sent, with the only exceptions being those with postage delays (ie, with Canadian postage strike). Stay tuned to your mailbox in the coming days if you're in the USA, or if you're international, hopefully those postage delays work themselves out quickly and it arrives to you in the next week or two!
Not really sure if this is the right forum to bring this up,
but is there any way we can still earn elite points for theory11 cards bought from local vendors, I've had really terrible luck with customs and have unfortunately not received 2 gold monarchs too !! (although txi made sure to send replacements and followed up till i got them, but 2 gold monarchs are still lost 😭😭😭 the pain of that sentence)
So anyways, I prefer to pick up decks from vendors in India itself since shipping is much cheaper for me and im not paying more than Double of the deck itself 😅
Just a suggestion since Im sure there are many like me who want to pick up so many of these new decks but dont buy it from 3rd party vendors because no elite points
& I just cant seem to justify the shipping and not even receive it in the end and then yall has to send replacements (which is appreciated, but def not good for you guys too!)

Hey OveRide! Sorry to hear about those customs issues; I feel the pain! Very interesting (cool!) idea on the elite points with local vendors. It'd be a bit tricky to implement something like that - we'd need a system to verify and confirm where a deck was purchased (like a receipt matching system perhaps), but I'll bring it up with the team for consideration!Not really sure if this is the right forum to bring this up,
