so i guess ill just watch someone do it and figure it out,

haha

thanks for the comment

Watch Bone do it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SCfzzBqOdGo Just make sure your fingers can stretch pretty good. It's seriously not hard at all to "figure out" it just requires lots of finger flexibility and some decent practice, although you shouldn't put it in a vid as there isn't a tutorial for it....

On a side note, threads like these get me pretty pissed off, dudes rampantly asking for tutorials rather than enjoying the creative aspect of the art, damn at least do some f***ing research first on your own before asking for tuts on unpublished moves.... if there's no tutorial on the web or any dvd that you can pay the creator for, DON'T ask.

Isn't asking knowledgable people on a forum research?

Research it by yourself first. If you have enough fingers to learn the Eye Cut then sure as hell you have enough fingers to type "Eye Cut" into youtube or the search box here. If you're not motivated enough to search a move yourself, then you have no business trying to learn it, don't make others do your work when you haven't done any. On top of that, I'll say it is highly disrespectful to learn an unpublished move and put it in a video without being able to perform it flawlessly, along with having the creators permission, not sure if you were going to do this, just giving you a heads up....

there's easier vids to learn it from than bones performance, watch some n00b videos of it instead (just type "eye cut" into youtube or watch bones and look at the recommended "similar" videos in the chart to the right)

usually the n00bs do it a lot slower and with better lighting so its easier to learn from.

although I think its a bad idea to go straight for some huge power move like the Eye Cut when I'm quite sure you can't even do running charliers. n00bs ask for everything or "WHERE IS A TUTORIAL" when aspiring pros learn their own moves or just learn it from a performance video, because its not that hard.

n00bs are typically whiney and want everything handed to them, they want everything to be easy. its really not that annoying because you won't be around for long, but another n00b will take your place and do the exact same thing. have fun and good luck with the eye cut!

let me straighten this out,

i asked a simple question

where can i learn it.
a simple answer is their is no tutorial.
most flourishes didnt make up 80 percent of their material.

excuse me for wondering if there was a place i could learn a really cool cut.

you guys getting all defensive, or getting mad.
doesnt change anything, i still want to learn. other people want to learn it.

i very asked for someone to hand me something, or for a shortcut.

get over yourselves

Just curious- where did you pull this statistic from? A survey? A research product? Your butt? The reason I'm asking is that I recently learned that 47.6541 percent of statistics are made up on the spot.

All joking aside, I really am curious as to how you came up with this.

Put yourself in long distance spinner position. Aim at your face and try to shoot all of the cards into your mouth. Eventually you will mess up and hit yourself in the eye. :)

Once you have a good eye cut you can show all of your spectators and get great reactions!

80% of members at T11 are n00bs like you.

Go to the cardistry section, look at some threads.

The topics are mostly the same, key word, mostly. Hence 80%

But, whatever....

And you really should start typing and punctuating correctly or no one will understand what you want when you make a n00bie request for a tut. Your sig says "My art is an expression of me" well, using other peoples moves you won't be able to express yourself or your creativity too well....

Most of the people on these fourms are kids.

The Eye Cut is not basic, you do not need to learn it to "crate" your own moves/ideas, you should learn the basics of punctuation before writing posts up.

There is no tut for the Eye Cut, just watch Bone's vid and learn from that.

Well, you are a n00b, along with 80% of the kids here.

Why so serious?

Now you wouldn't have even needed to start this useless thread and get lectured if you had just used the search function or searched youtube....

I dont understand; your new to cardistry so that makes you impartial to the search function?
Darian has every right to call you a noob, you just made another useless, repeat thread. Seriously, people like him are just trying to make this place better, listen up aiight so it'll get back on trakk, stop backtalkin to one of the only good members on the forum. All ya's hafta say is "sorry for being such a noob and not using the search funtction, I was only contributing to the mess already built, next time I'll be careful of what I'm doing."
Ps tumbleweed I like your signature (sarcasm)
