To put things simply.
1) No tutorial
2) Most people learn't off original performance even thou it was unethical.
3) I myself was a noob when I got the eye-cut down, so don't worry about some people here, everyone was a noob once.
4) If you have dedication, you can probably get the eye-cut down.
