Grandpa Aces question

Hi all ,

did grandpa aces(david copperfield) use 6 aces on it , i mean 3 (shown aces) and 3 (hide/extra card)
i saw the video over and over again , but i can,t figure it out

i really like to learn this trick , can someone here tutor me ?

the book "a dream of aces" by gary ouellet is an awesome starting point.. if you must copy dc exactly - you should also get chris kenner's 1-on-1 download for slipshot..
