I thought I had the Jones change good... well.... back to work.

That was a good jones change, but it needs a little work on the rythym before the change here's an advice. Turn your hand over to the right, then flat out to the left and the change. You should able to perform the jones change a lot smoother with the nice rythym to it.

very nice. But keep working so that you can smooth out some of the edges.
