Ellusionist and Theory11 are the best. My only other sources for magic are, "Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic," my local magic shop, and my own noggin. That's all I need.

I do buy things from other sites occasionally. I don't like penguinmagic, but let's not get into that again.

im looking for the best and most practical street magic effects.. and if something isnt on theory11 or ellusionist, does that mean its probably not good enough to use because those 2 best websites didnt want to buy the trick?

Think about it for a second. And I'm sure you'll become enlightened given enough time.

theory11 and ellusionist for the most part sell gimmicks and the like (not saying they all are, but most). To be honest, the best way to learn magic is from books, books can teach you tricks with regular items, you can buy all these gimmicks and the one day you forget one, that is the one day someone asks you to do a trick, and then your stuck.

If you don't have it already I recommend that you pick up a copy of "Mark Willson's Complete Course In Magic" the knowledge in it will bring alot more to you than any trick you can buy on t11 or E.

ty for the responses guys, but what are some good websites that sell the old classic, but really powerful street magic tricks?

whats some good websites that sell the really classic/amazing tricks?

All the magic you buy dose not have to be single tricks, like I said, buy a couple of books, see if your local bookstore has the book I recommended, I also hear that the "Tarbell Course In Magic" is really good. There are TONS of great books out there, and I think there are allot of threads here on theory11 about books.
