Does anybody know where I can buy a metal ring? Around a 12" ring but I don't want to buy a linking ring set, just a single metal ring for a rope and ring routine.

If they are any good you might be able to make your own set of linking rings from them for a few bucks. Let me know how the quality is.
Daryl uses a nice harness ring but personally I don't use a metal ring I just use a brightly coloured one from a ring toss set.
But a ring from the ninja rings set or a linking rings set is probably not bad.
