Chris, I must beg you NOT to release perversion or diet, or twister. PLEASE!!!! They are some of my favorite tricks of all time, and i want to keep them for myself!
I agree... Please... Don't ever release Twister... ever or I keel yew.
To answer questions about set-up, it depends what you call set-up. Basically If you were given two rubber bands on the spot then yeah you'd be able to do this but in the other sense you set-up as you're talking and everything's covered. Set-up for the linking takes about 4 seconds for me but I haven't practiced it in a while, I did have it at a 2.5 second at one point, so yeah s'all good.
