Could you give me a short review on them? Good, bad, terrible, etc. etc.

I wouldn't recommend those cards. I have a deck, and the only thing they're good for is shuffling, other than that they can't do anything, but it's because they're plastic.
They do come with a nice little plastic carrying case, however.

They look nice, but the color starts to wear out. They don't handle that well, and wear out easily. After using them for maybe 30 minutes, I have to let them rest for about 15 minutes because they start to stick together.

If they were selling for about $4.95, it's worth the price because they looks awesome, but for $7.99 for the Black Deck ($9.99 for the Blue Ice Deck), in my opinion, you're better off with two Guardians.

In terms of "good, bad, terrible, etc. etc.," it's okay.

Cheers,
JTM

I live in Canada (Quebec); I actually went to Walmart yesterday to see if there's any, but I only found normal red and blue, and some green, pink, purple bicycle.

I ended up buying a deck called Vegas....with a silver back + white border. It says casino quality, I don't know if anyone tried it before. It's kind of slippery and very very very stiff; it's probably not something too good to handle. I had trouble fanning the deck at first...

Anyway, I hope I can find the Bicycle Pro soon. :(

Yeah those cards are plastic coated and are not the idea deck of cards for magic. If you run a google search you can probably order them from many retailers. Hope this helped.

Penguin does sell the Black Deck, and it's a dollar cheaper than Amazon. There's a one minute Ellusionist-esque trailer about it -- for a second I thought Brad Christian was in it. :D

Cheers,
JTM

Woah so i wasnt the only one that thought that.

Phewph*

One thing I would like to know is since those cards are supposed to be waterproof, is it possible to skip them on the surface of water, like a rock, or a frisbee on cement? If so I would get a pack. Even thoe I don't have a pool.

Um... The thought honestly never crossed my mind.
But yeah, these babies are invincible. You can fold them clean in half and they'll go back to their original position. You could even get a specs signature and just rub it off with a little spit. ;)

Well that didn't really answer my question but that's cool to know either way.

Any place that you can get the red and blue ones, they should have the other colors.

Andy, I've never tried to skip them on the surface of water. They throw fine for me, so I guess you should be able to.

Yeah, these cards are amazing. I received a pack as a gift this summer. I'll never forget it. The first time I opened them up, I fanned through them, looked at the new backs and faces, and thought to myself, man, these cards would be great for POKER! Not magic, mind you. . . poker. Call me a revolutionary, but I like to play games with cards every once in a while. I know it's wild, but you guys should really try it out every once in a while. It's quite freeing.
