I'm quite sure it's separate. I believe they started shipping the DVDs out before they shipped out the phone, based on when bayme posted about the phones being sent out.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention...no phone here, yet, either. Which isn't surprising...it takes a little while for items to get across the border. My fingers (and toes) are crossed!

I'm pretty sure they send you everything that goes with the phone. Don't worry, man.
