Indeed it is.

The delegate of Papa G thinks that covering the camera's view (and the online spectators) with a card - all the whilst executing a certain secretive move mmhmm is a little bit...underhand.

Alright, perhaps misdirection can achieve the same effect, but there's no knowing whether or not the performer is actually suing misdirection in life, or is just gloating about it over the internet.

And Hand to Mouth? You can't claim this as an argument. You don't need to cover anyone's veiw of anythign in Hand to Mouth, simply because the secretive move happens outside the 'burning area'.

Anywho, I'm in MUN mood now, I'll stop talking like this soon. Maybe.

Guys, give it up. This effect works well in the real world. Of course, I used the card to cover the deck, which gives the same type of effect in real life (a spectator looking at a selection, while I execute the flip). As for the trick itself, it's not that great, it's just something i squeezed together to put online. It's quick and simple and of course it's not going to 'hit hard' for magicians on the internet.

I have no doubt that this effect would play in the real world. However I am not sure about the handling. By adding the TG Deck flip you are not only adding an other move but you are adding one that is not meant to be hidden. Something a lot more causal and would fly over a lot more people's heads would be to simply drop your hand to the side and left the deck fall to the finger tips. As the spectator to show everyone the card and as you lift your hand up complete the turn over.
